We are building a new one and also maintaining high quality results on the current, soon-to-be-outdated platform. We’d like to provide the best buying experience (for Hippo products) to customers that purchased a new home, and the best selling experience to agents working with them, by developing a platform that also focuses on maximizing revenue from our long-term relationship with the customer. Who are you?You are an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of users and user flows.You are a nature and nurture leader - you feel that you can help and manage your team. You have a bias for action and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work. You thrive on the ownership of high-profile full product launches while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and making data-driven business decisions. You demonstrate tenacity, resilience, and leadership enabling you to organize and lead projects, propose solutions, and overcome challenges. What will you do?Set the product & technology vision for the platform (building new one and also maintaining high quality results on the current, soon-to-be-outdated platform). Specifically, this role will deeply understand the business opportunity and establish processes to discover, prioritize, and effectively develop new features for the builder partners and for consumer satisfaction in a B2B2C business model.Work cross-functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, Insurance & Underwriting teams.Act as the primary voice of our team and leadership to ensure alignment of priorities and project execution.Manage new tools and capabilities including infrastructure projects, new products, etc. for Business teams. Job requirements:8+ years of experience as a product manager, owning and driving significant cross-organizational projects.Proven track of management of product managers and capability of creating specifications and coaching other product managers on effective engineer collaboration.Experience in B2B products.Demonstrated data analysis capabilities.Customer discovery experience.Creative thinking paired with strong execution. Technical know-how.Marketing and UX understanding.An eye for compelling design, and the ability to advocate on behalf of what’s best for user experience.Comfort with rapidly changing business needs that is typical of a fast-growing company.Very good command of English (written & spoken).
