Lead Senior iOS Developer in Constanţa

You will be part of Digital Health Excellence Center (DHEC). The mission is to improve health outcomes and patient experiences. DHEC brings expert knowledge and delivery power to industry-leading healthcare providers in collaboration with the local firms. Responsibilities: Leading the development of cutting-edge mobile and web applications Translating complex requirements into user-centric solutions Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams Driving front-end design with UI/UX experts Guiding off- and nearshore teams towards excellence   Requirements: At least 2-5 years of professional experience , preferably at least 2 years in the healthcare sector , with a particular focus on the implementation of customer-specific applications on mobile platforms like iOS  Profound expertise in iOS development with Swift and a robust portfolio of apps Mastery of software architecture across network, infrastructure, and application layers Proven ability to bridge technology and healthcare, with a deep understanding of German healthcare system architecture and interoperability standards Ability/flexibility to travel Experience in dealing with health-specific interoperability formats like IHE, HL7 / FHIR , as well as standards for medical data models, e.g., openEHR, SNOMED, OMOP English - fluent German - advanced (C1 level) In-depth understanding of software architectures at all levels - network, infrastructure, security, persistence, application, and frontend - to communicate effectively with other stakeholders such as project managers, scrum masters, product owners, business analysts, developers, and infrastructure or security architects  Deep understanding of programming patterns (like MVC, MVVM, etc.), tools, and frameworks for (cross-platform) development like Declarative-UI, Angular, Xamarin, React, etc.  Deep understanding of native app development for iOS with Swift and SwiftUI Good understanding of the German healthcare system landscapes and reference architectures in the field of hospitals, providers, and/or payers/health insurance companies like Telematics infrastructure, KIS, PVS, LIMS, etc. Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, or Mathematics, or Business Studies, or Engineering, or another related field with a strong IT focus  Ideally, you’ll also have A track record of working with health-specific data models and interoperability formats Experience with Agile methodologies and a flair for leading collaborative project teams   Offer: Workplace: 100% remote  MultiSport Plus Group insurance Medicover Premium E-learning platform
