Lead UX Designer in Bucuresti

Position Overview: As a Lead UX Designer at Integrail, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth user research, crafting intuitive designs, and ensuring that our platform is as user-friendly as possible. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect user needs and business goalsKey Responsibilities:Research and Analysis: - Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights. - Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions. - Develop personas, user journeys, and empathy maps to better understand user needs. Design: - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that guide user interactions. - Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency. - Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces across platforms. Testing and Validation: - Plan and conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate designs. - Gather feedback and iterate on design solutions to improve the overall user experience. - Validate design decisions using data and user feedback to ensure effectiveness. Collaboration: - Work closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. - Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to team members and stakeholders. - Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to continuously improve the design process. Requirements: Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in UX design with a proven track record. - A portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects and solutions. Skills: - Expertise in user research, analysis, and synthesizing insights. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping software. - Experience in developing and implementing design systems and accessibility guidelines. - Strong knowledge of usability testing and validation methods. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to tackle complex design challenges. Nice to Have: - Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development. - Knowledge of design systems, service design, and how to scale them across products. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes. - Certification in UX design or a related field.
