The Learning Experience Designer will deliver learning solutions based on the needs of the business. This involves a combination of content creation and curation with a focus on crafting engaging learning experiences for a wide variety of learners across a range of topics. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The candidate should be an adult learning expert who is creative, analytical, and customer focused. The role Curate materials and resources that support the outcomes, business goals, and learning strategy for the organization. Manage the LXP including user administration and content publication Create learning experiences aimed at a range of employees from entry level (novice) to senior. Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods. Provide exercises and activities that enhance a sustainable learning process Convert highly specialized or technical content and requirements from SMEs into effective learning materials. Define business requirements-based learning outcomes and instructional goals Contribute to instructional requirements gathering, research, and learner analysis within the organization Design and curate exercises and activities that enhance and reinforce learning Participate in the development of criteria used to judge learner performance and the creation of assessment instruments What we need to see from you What do we need to see from you? You have a Bachelor or Master degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar You are familiar with online, classroom, virtual instructor-led training and blended learning content approaches You are a fluent English Speaker You are creative and innovative You are Self-driven and passionate You have a customer-focused attitude What is the relevant experience required for the role? Experience in the technical/professional services industry learning & development domain 3+ years of experience designing and creating training materials for adult audiences 3+ years of experience developing learning materials (such as job aids; instructor-led training; facilitator guides; online tutorials; etc.) for the purposes of adult learning 3+ years experience in an eLearning/instructional design role Experience in the use of authoring tools such as Rise, Word, etc. Familiarity with more specialized authoring tools such as Storyline and Captivate is desirable What's in it for you?
