Learning & Development Project Manager in Bucuresti

Description & Requirements Who we are looking for 6-7 years of experience in Learning and Development, such as: project management, training programs design, facilitation; Coaching accreditation would be a plus; Fluent in English; Microsoft Office proficiency; Detail-oriented and highly organized; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Problem-solving and time management skills. Your future role As part of our L&D team, you will manage the following topics: Implementation of L&D projects across business areas, according to general strategy and specific business needs, in both technical and soft skills areas; Coordination of resources from L&D team and other areas in order to achieve successful implementation of the assigned projects; Design and implementation of soft skills programs, including facilitation when needed; Management of relationship with stakeholders (internal clients and external suppliers), to identify development needs and propose corresponding strategy; Managing the training budgets in order to implement the approved strategy; Managing reporting related to assigned projects and budget spending.
