Legal Content Moderator German language (relocation to Portugal) in Bucuresti

Location: Oeiras, Portugal Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Start date: 17/02 We are seeking a Legal Operation Analyst to support a global streaming service platform in content moderation (in Lisbon). The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and moderating written content across social media platforms, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, and addressing issues such as fraud and copyright violations. In this role, you will help safeguard the integrity of online platforms while ensuring exceptional client service and maintaining key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: Review and flag written content for fraud and copyright issues. Accurately process legal requests within set deadlines. Monitor and meet performance metrics such as FCR, SLA, and CSAT. Maintain updated knowledge of client policies and guidelines to ensure strict adherence. Requirements: German (Fluent) and English (B2 level). No experience needed, but up to 12 months of content moderation experience is desirable. Understanding of KPIs such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). Compensation & Benefits: Annual Salary : 15,260 euros, including meal and transportation allowances. Performance Bonus : Up to 5% of gross base salary. Language Bonus : 3,240 euros/year.
