Legal Counsel in Bucuresti

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team at E-INFRA Group and its affiliated entities. As our colleague, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and guidance across all aspects of our operations, with a focus on real estate. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance on all aspects of the companies’ operations, covering both day-to-day and strategic business affairs, with an emphasis in areas such as Offer legal assistance in areas such as Commercial and Real Estate matters, ensuring full legal compliance. Draft and review a wide range of contracts, including real estate acquisition agreements and supply contracts for products and services. Oversee contract management processes. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks. Proactively communicate with management, proposing effective legal strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Management, Finance, and Operations teams, to address legal concerns and minimize risks. Provide updates on legislative and regulatory changes that may impact E-INFRA Group and insights on potential business implications. Skills and qualifications: Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a lawyer. Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Advanced legal knowledge with a focus on real estate and commercial Proven ability to work independently Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills. Exceptional accuracy and a results-driven mindset. Effective time and priority management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen ability to identify and manage legal risks.
