We create award-winning custom software solutions that help companies across 15+ industries change the lives of millions If you like a challenging environment where you’re working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there’s no better place - guaranteed! :) What you will do Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including NDAs, and service-level agreements; Conduct in-depth legal research to ensure compliance with international laws, particularly in IP, corporate, and technology law; Provide expert legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate and regulatory matters; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and executives, to align business needs with legal requirements; Develop and refine internal policies to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards. Must haves  3+ years of professional legal experience, focusing on agreement negotiations, technology law, and Intellectual Property; Strong communication skills with the ability to present legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders; Exceptional skills in legal research, drafting, and negotiation; Proficiency in legal research tools and collaboration platforms (e.g. Law Insider, Jira, etc.); Ability to thrive in remote or hybrid working environments; English level – Fluent. Nice to haves Experience working as an in-house lawyer or with US-based outsourcing software development companies; Knowledge of EU, Ukraine, India, and US federal and state regulations related to technology and service firms; Expertise in Intellectual Property (IP) law, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents; Experience in a multinational or global corporate legal context; A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to legal challenges.
