We are currently searching for two experienced and dynamic Legal Experts, with expertise in corporate banking matter, to join our team and play a key role in the evolution of the banking consultancy legal function. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to develop your personal and technical skills, as well as building on your existing knowledge and skills, and to progress to more senior levels.How you will contribute Provide legal assistance on various and complex issues related to loan and liabilities products, loan transactions structure for micro and corporate clients; Prepare and provide support in the negotiation of contractual documentation (mostly LMA type finance documentation) to be concluded by the Bank with its corporate clients; Assist and provide support to internal clients in relation to syndicated transactions (transaction structure, negotiation of contractual documentation, reviewing of DD report/memorandums/legal opinions issued by the law firms in relation to the respective transactions) Participate in the overall process of improving the banking products and the related documentation, from a restructuring & insolvency perspective, participate in the process of improving the relevant internal flows; Provide legal support for all transactions regarding corporate clients in which guarantees issued by special guarantee funds and Eximbank are involved, as well as in the case of accessing non-reimbursable funds (e.g. EBRD, EIB, European Commission and so on); Actively participate in the bank's projects which require restructuring & insolvency expertise; Provide training of business units on various legal matters; Review internal procedures and policies, from a legal perspective; Provide support in relation to various legislative initiatives in the relevant domain of expertise. What will help you be successful Law school graduate; At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in financial institutions, experience in restructuring & insolvency matters will be considered a plus; Knowledge of banking and general civil / commercial legislation; Ability to work independently, to plan and to prioritize work for self and others; Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral communication, structuring information; negotiation); Project management skills; English proficiency level.
