Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle all needed legal formalities (powers of attorney, register documentation, invoices)

Cooperate with clients, IP offices worldwide, external law firms and notaries

Perform specific administrative tasks

Use a software-database for administering projects

Communicate with clients in English (email, phone)
Requirements
Candidate:
-
Graduate in Law with interest in the juridical field or Intellectual Property
-
Preferably, a person with experience in the juridical field but candidates without experience are also suitable
-
English C1, both spoken and written
-
Service oriented towards clients and colleagues
