By taking on this position you will get the chance to experience on-the-job learning and training from highly experienced professionals in the field that you are interested in pursuing.We are currently looking for Trainees for the LEGAL department.Role and ResponsibilitiesTasks and ActivitiesAssists Samsung's legal department in contractual relations with business partners, in relations with public authorities, institutions, international organizations, etc..;Provides research services on Romanian and European legal practice and legislation (in particular in the fields of competition, copyright, personal data protection, consumer protection, environment, labour law, corporate, civil and criminal law);Drafting legal documents necessary for the legal department's activity (letters, addresses, memoranda, statements, requests, etc.);Entering and recording in Samsung's records contracts with national and international partners and authorities.Carries out internal training activities for the various departments of the company on Samsung's registration and record-keeping systems;Manage the contract procedure within the company and manage the originals and archive, working with all operational departments in the company;Provide support to the legal department in dealing with external lawyers in identifying counterfeit products;General support for the Legal department, support for the specialized departments for the elaboration of the necessary documentation to obtain the authorizations and approvals required by law.Skills and QualificationsSkills and QualificationsApply today, if you are soon graduating or just graduated a university program and you happen to possess the following set of skills:Have graduated from LAW school or from economic studies (i.e. ASE)Communication & team-related skillsEnglish fluency: enabling you to easily collaborate with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.Problem solving mindset and analytical skills: you can execute with excellence on the most important things.
