Monitor license server performance and address any issues to ensure optimal functionality. Allocate and optimize software licenses based on user requirements, location, and project demands. Investigate and resolve licensing issues promptly to minimize disruptions to the business. Collaborate with software vendors and internal technical support teams to address licensing-related challenges. Ensure compliance with software license agreements and terms. Maintain accurate documentation of license server configurations, settings, and license agreements. Collaborate with IT support teams to address broader technical challenges impacting license server performance. Coordinate license renewals with software vendors and procurement teams Collaborate on server upgrades, maintenance, and security measures. Work closely with IT teams to integrate license servers seamlessly into the overall IT infrastructure. Create documentation that facilitates knowledge transfer and future reference. Coordinating with the Global Engineering Platform team to ensure appropriate resolution and customer satisfaction. Initiating Change Request Create/update Knowledge Based Articles Performing analyses on license servers functionality, maintaining updated lists, and suggesting improvements Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure users have exceptional and seamless experience, troubleshooting platform servers issues. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and MS Azure certificate. 3 years of experience in license server management, particularly in a design engineering context Proficiency in configuring and managing license server. Familiarity with license management tools and software. Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot and resolve licensing issues efficiently. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges. Ability and eagerness to meet new objectives and learn new skills. Ability to independently solve problems and accomplish tasks logically, organized, and time-efficiently when given high-level tasks or objectives. Willingness to share, transfer Knowledge, and train other colleagues.
