Grundfos provides free professional training and personal development opportunities in an international environment.What is the purpose of the job?As aLocal Marketing Specialist , You will be responsible for making sure Domestic Building Services (DBS) local marketing activities are developed and deployed with high efficiency and with focus on optimizing impact. This includes securing local customer events, local exhibitions and other local engagement activities. Basic materials such as pricelist, small flyers or alike is also part of this job.Furthermore, is participation in analytical assignments included and will include Group Market data, External Customer Satisfaction Survey etc..What is the job about? You will be responsible for delivering on local objectives, processes, operational efficiency and concrete execution plans for local marketing activities and execute on these You will be responsible for local engagement activities such as local customer events, local exhibitions You will be responsible for local “basic material” activities to be used in sales, such as pricelists, small flyers You will execute on global analytical surveys, such as group market data, external customer satisfaction survey You will make sure local digital presence is up to data and collaborate with Deployment specialist to secure this You will be responsible for securing commitment for local marketing activities together with local sales including information on what is going on You will be a driver in evaluating local marketing activities in regards to impact and efficiency You will be responsible for making sure local marketing activity budget are in control and meeting the budget-framework decided. What do you need to apply? You have Bachelor or Masters’ degree in business or similar You have 2+ years of experience in the field of Sales or/and Marketing You are experienced in managing projects in multinational environment You possess high level of marketing and digital understanding You have high business knowledge to understand how marketing and digital drives business in a B-2-B context You have fluent Romanian and English skills in writing and speaking.
