Logistic System & Process Specialist, BljP in Blaj

Job Description You are responsible for the material flow and material provision for the production lines in our valve production at Bosch Rexroth Industrial Hydraulics in Blaj; You ensure together with the whole team that the right material in the right quantity and quality is provided to the right place in our production on the right time; You work for material flow topics in the interface between our warehouse and the production in the plant; You represent logistics in the daily shopfloor management meetings in regard of material flow topics working together with functions like production and quality; You clarify material issues in the system (SAP) and on the shopfloor/warehouse; You regularly maintain, update and optimize related SAP parameters (especially in SAP MM module); You set up projects together with the team to optimize existing and create new material flow processes as well as digitalize processes on the shopfloor (commissioning area); You process the invoice flows for delivered parts including credit notes; You take care about logistic claims and create action plans; You guide a student to support you in the daily tasks; You are part of the organization of the yearly stock taking activities.  Qualifications Graduate/Undergraduate university studies, logistical/supply chain background is preferred;  Good English level in speech and writing; First experience with SAP is an advantage; High motivation; Strong communication and organizational skills;  Open to learn new things and grow with the team; Problem solving mentality.
