Mission RESPONSIBILITIES: Sustainable development of the LTL/FTL department, involvement in tender quotations and strategy; Focus the team on building productive professional relationships to enhance the success and profitability of the department; Responsible for the P&L and the objectives of the department, seeking to improve its productivity and profitability; Guarantee the quality of the operational LTL/FTL activity in accordance with existing company standards and reporting system; Organize department activities and prepare required reports; Evaluate employees of the department within their competence and professional conduct, on both individual and team roles; Take direct charge of the key and/or complex files. Profil REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the domestic & international transportation field (LTL/FTL); Experience as a team leader/coordinator/manager preferred; Knowledge of the transportation market, its needs and potential; Leadership skills and potential; Decision making skills and ability to lead and delegate tasks; Strategic thinking and proactive approach; Flexibility, open-minded, initiative and problem solving orientation; Fluency in English and Romanian language; any other foreign language knowledge is an advantage; Very good PC abilities with MS Office suite, TMS software; Good abilities in working with big industrial clients and transport suppliers; Very good negotiation skills both internal and external.
