Maintenance Manager in Ploieşti

This is the role

Reporting to factory manager secure the clear goals and strategies in the department

Budgeting and control maintenance costs

Responsibility of the operating area of the maintenance department

Managing organizing and coordinating preventive maintenance activities, maintenance service and stock part function

Securing that all tasks are carried out according to valid working rules and laws

This is what you offer

Technical university education

3-5 years’ experience in a Maintenance Manager position

Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems

Experience in planning, leading, coordinating the activities and personnel in charge of engineering, tooling and maintenance

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and schematics

Experience in production and continuous improvement techniques (lean, …) and experience with line assembly and construction works is a plus

Fluent English
