Job Description and Requirements The Digital Verification Application Engineers Manager and his/her team will support the sale and adoption of the Synopsys SW and HW Verification solution. This manager is expected to possess in-depth knowledge of RTL design and verification and be able to work hands-on in delivering expert-level support to our customers. In this role, the successful candidate will build up and lead a local team of Application Engineers and will partner with sales and regional field AE teams to assist Synopsys customers with the deployment of our Verification platform. The responsibilities include resolution of technical issues, migration to latest software releases, qualification of new features and technologies, technical training, product demonstrations, evaluations and competitive benchmarking. He/she will also drive back-office activities like software release testing or reproducing bugs.Key QualificationsBS in CS/EE with 7+ years of experience, or MS in CS/EE with 5+ years of experience.Deep knowledge of System Verilog/UVM, Verilog and/or VHDL is required.Minimum 5+ years of experience with Block Level and SoC Level verification is required.Thorough understanding of the IP, SoC and System Verification flows, from RTL to actual implementation/prototype.Excellent verbal and written presentation/communication skills and strong organization skills.Pleasant personality with good customer interface and communication skills.Track record as a successful people manager.Exceptional soft skills, especially coaching others.At Synopsys, we’re at the heart of the innovations that change the way we work and play.
