This role is part of the International Hungarian Desk Department, Retail Division and its scope is to attract new business, while developing the existing mid-corporate/corporate portfolio. The focus is mainly within the Hungarian business community in Romania, as well as with clients from Hungary and even international ones.
Locations : Brasov/Covasna/Harghita counties

- Previous work experience in banking;
- Excelent communication & negociation skills;
- Problem solving approach & analytical thinking;
- Able to work independently & in cross-cultural teams;
- Previous experience in managing a team;
- Multi-tasking & able to perform under preassure, in a fast pace environment;
- Proactive & can do attitude;
- Organized & customer centric;
- Hungarian and English language skills are a must.

What you’ll do
- Provide support to clients from Hungarian community, international clients and OTP Group;
- Assist foreign investors in Romania and provide business consulting services targeting the companies in a start-up and in operation phase;
- Contribute to the project preparation and project financing activities and offer consultancy regarding loan proposals and needed documentation together with the bank directorates;
- Maintain and develop the relationships with the OTP subsidiaries so as to optimize the informational flows and reduce the response times;
- Support the sales force in attracting new Hungarian and international clients;
- Track systematically the fulfillment of strategic and operational targets;
- Develop specific activities dedicated to attract new clients and generate new business;
- Monitor maintenance and development of the business relationships with existing clients;
- Make proposals for creating new products and developing the existing products adjusted to the specific needs of Hungarian and international clients;
- Elaborate the internal regulations corresponding to its activity field, including the information flow, the interactions with the relevant bank structures and update them when needed.
