The role partners closely with the RGM team, as well as Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to deliver profitable revenue growth strategies through key RGM levers of Promo ROI & mechanics, Smart Pricing, Mix management, Trade terms management, Price Pack Architecture and Route-To-Market assessment. Beyond that the role leads simplification and harmonization efforts within the Finance function between the markets of the HUB, digitalization efforts and smaller ad hoc projects. How you will contributeYou will:• In cooperation with the RGM teams develops and deploys multi-lever price realization strategy for the SCE markets• Drives data-driven decision-making through combining external and internal data• Leverages external benchmarking and competitive intelligence to track performance and identify areas for improvement• Evaluates financially long-term RGM strategies and short-term growth opportunitites in a collaboration with the RGM team• Performs post-evaluation of key RGM approaches, deployed on the markets and advises on corrective actions if needed• Analyses promotional ROI through Navigator and other tools and provide recommendations on corrective actions to improve financial performance• Coordinates regular financial updates on RGM targets delivery, ensuring clarity of all requirements and timely readiness of outcomes to stakeholders• Drivers on ad-hoc based smaller initiatives in the Finance team around process simplification and harmonization, digitalization effortsWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
