Join the dynamic and fast paced Trade Engagement in Romania in order to: Develop & coordinate the implementation of digital retail engagement (B2B) strategy, in line with long-term vision and overall business objectivesWork cross-departmentally (Marketing, B2B Field Force, Consumer Experience, KA, Commercial Planning and others) to align campaign strategies and goals across the organizationCoordinate the planning, delivery and optimization of digital retail programsEnsure best-in class quality of execution, projects KPI monitoring, ROI measurements and draw key learnings for future implementationSolve unexpected deployment issues in an agile mannerPrepare & manage the trade engagement budget. Secure efficient utilization of resources. Identify and implement best practices to help increase the level of top-quality strategies and initiativesInspires and supports innovation across our initiativesAlways be up to date to the latest developments in Digital communication and actively pursue new and innovative tools and ways to increase the efficiency and relevance of all Trade digital activities and initiatives deployedLead, supervise and motivate team membersWhat we’re looking for:3+ years of experience with Digital Marketing with focus on B2B, ideally within the FMCG industryProven experience as a team leaderStrong analytical skillsCritical thinker and strong planning & problem-solving skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in Romanian and with a strong working level of English. Budget management experienceMS office – particularly Excel and PowerPointsCRM experience is a plus
