Just like everyone at Acronis, the ideal candidate will embody all of our company values: responsive, alert, detail-oriented, makes decisions, and never gives up.RESPONSIBILITIES: Be involved in developing test design of user scenarios, test cases and checklists, preparing test environments, execution of manual functional testing, reporting and processing defectsТroubleshooting quality issues and modifying test proceduresUnderstanding and analyzing the product requirements and communicate with product management teamsInteracting with automation team: preparing test analytics for automation scenariosAnalyzing customers’ issues and investigate their root causes and participate in technical discussions with RnD team REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of previous experience as a QA EngineerBasic knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies and techniquesExperience in test-cases development and reporting Good knowledge of test methodology, understanding of software development life-cycleUnderstanding of basic concepts of computer architecture, data structure and IT securityAnalytical mindset, ability to solve complex logical puzzlesDetail-oriented, efficient and organizedStrong written and spoken English DESIRED: Familiarity with Virtualization systemsKnowledge of basic programming/scripting principles WHO WE AREAcronis is revolutionizing cyber protection by unifying backup, disaster recovery, storage, next-generation anti-malware, and protection management into one solution.
