Manual Tester Test Coordinator in Constanţa

Project For our client  - a  Danish company in the pension sector  - we are looking for a  Manual Tester with coordinationg skills. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire testing lifecycle, from planning and design to execution, defect management, and continuous improvement. Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders are essential for ensuring the quality and reliability of the software being tested. Professional Competencies  Passionate about working with test  Experienced tester (6+ years) Experience with working with test in an Agile environment English: Fluent (C1) A plus if the candidate has experience with  BDD  (Behaviour Driven Development/Testing) A plus if the candidate has experience with test in  Microsoft Azure DevOps , and can contribute to improving the ART’s level of knowledge in that area  A plus if  ISTQB certified Capable of explaining to stakeholders the importance of testing Has a wholistic view, but is able to work with details Good at documentation Willing to learn teams and applications Personal competencies Able to make an impression/to have impact and make decisions when needed Extrovert and good at communicating with a large group of developers Structured and analytical Has focus on quality Pragmatic and good at finding solutions  when facing challenges (but not interested in a person who does not follow defined processes) Creative and able to stay calm in stressful situations Dare to ask questions Proactive Supportive Open minded Positive Flexible and adjustable to new processes Teamwork remotely Willing to travel to Denmark Experience working in global/internationally team We offer Financial transparency : the salary is:  20 160 – 21 840 PLN (120-130 PLN/h) + VAT Clear wage model.   Professional development support.  We subsidize trainings, technical certificates, conference participation, and foreign language classes.
