Manufacturing Engineer Manager in Craiova

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager who will be an influential member of the leadership team. This is a position in our power systems business segment based in Craiova, Romania. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Manages the activities for a department including budgeting, resource planning, project management activities, and peer reviews for the purchase, and implementation of manufacturing integrated equipment, systems, and processes. Manages, coaches, and develops direct and indirect team members. Leads the process of working with outside suppliers.Manages personnel in the Manufacturing Engineering Function related to departmental activities and performance standards.Leads the development of departmental plans and deliverables.Provides technical consultation, leadership, and advice to managers, manufacturing personnel and other functions.Coaches and motivates direct and indirect team members, delegates work assignments, and leads change.Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives including capital, daily operations, and organization structure.Leads the communications with all stakeholders.
