Maritime Security Manager & Liaison in Constanţa

Constanța, RomaniaContractor Security Manager for Maritime operator with assets offshore in the black sea. Key responsibilities will be managing the day-to-day security of operations, particularly around vessel and helicopter movements, and ensuring close ties with local maritime and law enforcement authorities to ensure that our client receives up-to-date intelligence about threats in the area to enable critical go/no-go decisions to be made. Additional responsibilities will include managing the overall security risk programme, ensuring that suitable contingency planning is in place, briefing stakeholders on changing risk and threat profiles, and acting as the SME for all aspects of security risk management in Romania. RequirementsThis role would be suitable for candidates with experience in managing offshore security, ideally ex-Romanian Navy, Army, or law enforcement. We are ideally seeking those who obtained a rank of OF3 or OF4, or potentially OR8 for candidates with relevant commercial experience.
