Bucharest Stock Exchange is expanding its market data sales team and is looking for an experienced sales professional willing to discover the opportunities offered by one of the top institutions of the Romanian capital market.
We seek an assertive and highly motivated person, having strong communication skills and experience in sales in the financial field, willing to demonstrate its knowledge and experience in a competitive environment.
This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who enjoys being at the forefront of business activities and thrives on their own successes and those of the team.
A very good knowledge of the exchange market data activities and the local capital markets environment is highly appreciated.

What you’ll be doing:
- Developing relevant client and industry relationships to elevate awareness and position of Bucharest Stock Exchange’s Market Data services to drive business growth;
- Originating new sales to meet revenues targets;
- Working collaboratively withing the team to maximize existing client’s footprint and retention and optimize growth opportunities;
- Working closely with the products teams to provide feedback on any client, prospect or partner requirements;
- Monitoring and proposing solutions for expanding the existing clients’ database and new services/products;
- Working closely with other relevant departments to identify new market data business opportunities
What you'll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or business from an accredited university
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative, team-oriented player that actively contributes to the achievement of the individual and group results
- At least 2 years of relevant sales or customer business development experience in a high-achieving sales environment within the financial services industry
- Proven record for successful execution of complex sales and negotiations and ability to build strong relationships with key market data clients
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English
