Marketing Account Manager in Bucuresti

You will work for the following companies within the group: financial solutions for vehicles (main company);  rent a car; ride-hailing; dealership. Reporting to Senior Managemen t Location: Bucharest, 1 Pipera Boulevard (Agrinvest Building) Responsibilities: Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative digital marketing campaigns, based on detailed analysis of market forces; Identifying the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public; Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning);  Liaising with external vendors to execute promotional events and digital campaigns; Managing, creating, and publishing original and high-quality content; Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to help shape future marketing strategies; Evaluating customer needs, finding and proposing tailored solutions; Supporting the company’s overall strategy and objectives; Market and competition study. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field;  Demonstrated previous working experience in Digital Marketing, PR, and Copywriting; Experience working with agency partners and external vendors; Familiarity with paid social channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Google; Advanced English and Microsoft Excel skills; Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude with an ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting; Enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and creativity are a must; Would prefer a hands-on environment.
