Marketing AnalystClient Description:Adecco PR Romania is searching for one of his partners, multinational major appliance and consumer electronics corporation, for a Marketing Analyst in Digital Strategy and Planning department.The Marketing Analyst will be supporting the CMI Supervisor in enhancing the data collection, tracking and analytics capabilities of the Samsung marketing. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing tracking and analytics plans, supporting with dashboards, reports and insights.Responsibilities:Experience:Proven experience using excel full time and exposure to automationExperience working with large relational databasesDemonstrated expertise in connecting various sources of data (across digital media channels or platforms) to create a holistic view of dataExperience with statistical analysis/toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with ad tech and digital media opsA high degree of analytical expertise is crucial, along with the ability to communicate test results in basic terms for consumption of non-technical colleagues.Working knowledge of automation and CRM platformsExperience working with Domo, Tableau, and PowerBIExperience with AWS tools such as EC2 and S3.Jira, Confluence, GitHub and other agile development tool experience.Experience working with a DMPExperience with data visualizationEducation:Degree in computer science/engineering or quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics). Masters Preferred.Solid English KnowledgeCandidate Profile:Specific Job Responsibilities:You are organized, detailed oriented, flexible and possess ability to establish priorities with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment – be proactive, analytical problem solver and strategist, who is able to draw conclusions- not just report the data.Translate business requirements into meaningful set of reports, ad hoc analysis and new reporting solutions, and particularly related to marketing and sales activitiesExplore data to identify trends and anomalies, develop new analytical capabilities/solutionsTransform and cleanse outputs from data warehouse into relevant analysis for business/sales teamsSummaries analyses into PowerPoint presentations or formatted Excel reportsHelp explain analysis results to business teamAutomate and optimize current reports, will be owner for some specific audience dashboards to support the management.Collaborate to refine methodology and calculations.
