In your role as Marketing and Communication Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will ensure the execution of the annual marketing and communication plan in line with the objectives defined and aligned with top management. Main responsibilities: Responsible for annual PR plan mainly on Ariston brand, but also other brands that need PR support: manage PR agency, support PR activities with articles, references, monitoring competitor’s activities, newsletters, CSR support, press releases, press conference, plant visits Develop, execute and communicate CSR campaigns, sponsorships Manage the PR & communication & CSR budget Responsible for the communication strategy for the ELCO brand: communication, events, layouts, PR support; B2B approach; Responsible for maintaining brand integrity across product campaigns, advertising and all other internal and external communication Establishing and maintaining effective professional contacts with agencies, project partners, third parties Managing layouts and designing of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist in order to support the communication in the website and social media accounts, ongoing website developments (different landing pages for the communication campaigns or other online pages to support different projects) Support Marketing Manager in executing communication campaigns (online support, layouts, BTL events, consumer’s promo, trade programs) according with annual Marketing Plan; B2C approach; Develop and execute different events to support marketing objectives: organize events for traditional partners, organize events for B2B partners and designers to support ELCO brand, support installer’s initiatives by coordinating local events, support with expertise HR department for organizing internal events As our ideal candidate you have: University degree in marketing and/or communication is considered an advantage Minimum 4 years marketing, PR and communication experience (at least 2 years in PR or communication filed: could be in a PR agency or a PR position in marketing department or in marketing communication responsible also of PR initiatives); Excellent English communication skills. Very good Microsoft knowledge (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint). Open for business travel. Public relations expertise - good communications skills Experience in working with PR & communication agencies Project management: designing and implementing different brand communication campaigns and other type of marketing projects: BTL campaigns, tactical promotions Expertise in B2C communication could be a plus Exposure to B2B markets Expertise in BTL and trade marketing knowledge is a plus Organizing events (B2B, PR, trade) Budget management Digital marketing (especially social media – Facebook, Instagram) Your dynamic personality, flexibility, customer focus and creative thinking complete your profile.
