Marketing Coordinator Senior in Bucuresti

Position Summary:Marketing Coordinator Senior will supplement current team of two people - Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator Senior. New colleague will participate and execute marketing tasks related to Romanian market with main focus on translations and translations reviews. In close cooperation with other team members he/she will support locally and centrally driven marketing activities. Main areas: • Local content creation • Translation reviews (big part)• Execution of local and central campaigns - focus on results• Close cooperation with Sales team as they are our key stakeholders and x-functional cooperation• external/internal communication tasks• Web pages maintenance, including intranet• Coordination of external and internal communication• CSR activities execution• Sponsorships/partnerships execution• Customer event execution• Sales collateral execution• Advertising/promotion• Brand management• Marketing stock responsibility• Translations from/to English related to marketing activities• Preparation of briefs for tenders locally organized• Local orders maintenanceRequirements:• Bachelor degree (marketing or communication specialization is an advantage)• At least 2 years experience in marketing on similar position• Very good knowledge of English language (fluently speaking, ability to translate campaign materials)• Native speaker - Excellent knowledge of Romanian language (grammar, stylistics)• PC skills• On-line marketing experience (Google Analytics, e-mailings, PPC, social networks)• Optimistic person, resistant to stress, that is able to inspire other colleagues• Good team member• Thoroughness and reliability• Ability to act independently and make quick efficient decisions• Excellent in communication and presentation skills• Ability to search, analyse and structure data efficiently• Ideally driving licence (active driver)Conditions: • Part time job – 30 hours per week• One year contract• Benefit package Additional Job DescriptionQualifications:Education: Bachelor: MarketingLanguage: English: ComprehensionAdditional InformationPosting Date: 28-September-2023FedEx was built on a philosophy that puts people first, one we take seriously.
