By harnessing customer and onsite data, you’ll empower our marketing and product teams with actionable insights to: Drive personalized experiences and campaign optimization. Location : Bucharest  Program: Hybrid (3 WFH) Main responsibilities Analyze customer and onsite data using SQL and Python to optimize marketing campaigns and operational decisions. Design, expand, and optimize Data Science use cases such as next best offer, A/B testing strategies, and customer journey analytics. Develop and deliver self-service BI solutions tailored to webshop analytics and customer segmentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge business questions with data-driven answers. Ensure scalable, reliable, and interpretable models using best practices and modern tools. Your profile At least 2 + years of working experience as a  Data Analyst or similar roles. Experience in the eCommerce industry is essential , with a focus on omnichannel marketing (including display, Google Ads, and social media marketing) Advanced SQL programming is mandatory. Solid programming skills in Python  Strong knowledge in building forecasting models using machine learning and statistical methods . Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau , Power BI , or similar. Strong background in online marketing data analysis and onsite tracking (e.g., Google Analytics , GA4 ). Agile mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented attitude. Passion for working with people and communicating data insights effectively. Curiosity for new technologies and eagerness to experiment. Confident communication skills in English.
