Required skills and experience
Bachelor degree or master degree in Marketing, Business Administration;
Minimum 3 years work experience in managing preferably B2B marketing campaigns creation and execution, marketing strategy, and marketing budget; or experience in implementing marketing in successful business development execution.
Must be self-starter, goal oriented, and take initiatives to achieve objectives
Experience with analytical tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel etc;
Deep understanding of all digital channels - PPC, content marketing, email marketing; media
Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills;
Should excel at creative content and copywriting;
Experience with mobile marketing and the Adobe Pack are a plus;
Advanced presentation skills;
Ability to quickly adapt to change;
Fluent in English;
The ability to travel in South Eastern Europe and to work as part of a team, ,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with other cultures;
Serious, responsible well organized person, with rigorous working style and attention to details.
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Working with sales team and other cross functional teams, the candidate “owns” the strategy, planning and execution of marketing programs to support new business development, product promotion and promotional opportunities for our innovative technologies
Developing KPIs, measure marketing results, and analyze key results
Continuously enrich performance marketing methods across traditional and digital channels with feature adoptions (creative, audience, tactics etc.) considering customer satisfaction and awareness
Supporting sales teams during customer meetings, tradeshows, and events
Collaborating closely with marketing & creative agencies for creative planning exercises, sharing digital channel best practices for creative executions & driving adoption of new formats.
Collaborating closely with our Clients’ marketing departments as well as with various healthcare related associations and clubs.
Creating and managing marketing related content for our website, social media sites, printed materials, case studies, videos, trade shows, press releases and other marketing related communications across a diverse group of products, capabilities, and markets. Managing all domains, websites, and social media sites
Proving success in creating, developing and launching our technologies in market.
Delivering compelling, differentiated web experience to communicate our products value to prospective customers
Developing general strategy on how to best address specific strategic needs of clients in collaboration with sales teams
Performing comprehensive market analysis to identify new strategic market ways for all Business Units
Having a razor-sharp understanding of social media and the intersection between Marketing and Sales in a coordinated environment
Develops and Manages the Marketing budget, in collaboration with the Sales Team.
Quantifying the Impact of Marketing Campaigns and activities
Building brand awareness and positioning;
Planning and coordinating external and internal marketing efforts;
Communicating the marketing plan;
Implementation of new innovative marketing technology rollouts.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager of SofMedica Romania.
