Marketing Manager Assistant in Târgu Mureş

We are looking for a Marketing Manager Assistant to join our team.Our team is passionate, supportive, open to learning, and happy to take constructive criticism and implement it.  We’re looking for someone who can match that energy and help us scale.Main responsibilities:- Help with Strategy Creation- Manage a small team and control their reports- Creating reports to present our performance to the higher management- Analyse competition trends - Analyse our previous performance vs. the current one- Maintain target ROI across all campaigns- Communication and cooperation with the external marketing agencies, maintaining their work, giving them instructions and strategy- Communication with all other departments to maintain workflow and improve campaign and result in success Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media sales, marketing, or advertising- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics- Excellent planning and organizational skills- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in English
