Marketing Manager - fully remote, from Romania in Constanţa

Our Client is an independent utility consultancy based in the UK. They procure and manage the energy, water, waste and telecoms requirements for some of the biggest UK brands. As well as energy procurement, our client offers renewables and carbon consultancy to help the customer achieve their ‘Future Net Zero’ obligations. There is a huge Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) opportunity within the market. Marketing has already generated £700k worth of leads for the company in the last 18 months. The ambition is to get the department to generate £1m worth of lead per annum. Our client has a significant marketing budget. The role will report to the Head of Marketing in the UK. The department: Head of Marketing A marketing assistant and graphic designer based in Romania A marketing consultant and Google Advertising and PR specialist So this role will expand the department to 4 people. The Role We are seeking a high experience Marketing Manager with experience of: Channels Email marketing nurture campaigns including Agreeing campaigns Arranging copywriting Arranging graphics Targeted campaigns using in-house customer data Paid LinkedIn Events Partnerships Awards Campaigns Sales & marketing joint ventures (providing background adverting, PR, collateral & calling lists for the sales team). Direct campaigns on topics such as sustainability, flexible purchasing, renewables, carbon accounting, energy transition etc. Content Case studies/testimonials / Quotes Develop video & Infographics content Website maintenance Develop sales collateral for the business Reporting Post-campaign metrics and learning Help manage the marketing budget and ensure we get the best ‘return on investment’ (ROI). This is a role based in Romania and is a working-from-home role. All IT equipment and other resources will be provided.
