Your main responsibilities will include: Works closely with the Catalogue Manager and Catalog / Marketplace Team, suppliers and internal teams on a continuous basis to setup and perform maintenance activities for assigned catalogues. Plays a critical role in ensuring that accurate catalogue content information is developed, entered and kept up to date in the catalogue platform: Support with the initial catalogue setup leveraging pre-agreed lists of catalogue items and prices; Support with supplier onboarding in the e-commerce platform, as needed; Manage the catalogue maintenance activities according to agreed client SLA and KPIs; Interacting and coordinating with vendors to help ensure a smooth data flow Pull regular usage reports from the platform in order to proactively identify opportunities for catalogue content improvement; Provide input needed for regular business reviews with clients and business stakeholders including reporting and analytics (usage, trends, savings, etc.); Maintenance of users and suppliers in the platform; Review and clean/correct item data including images, dimensions, descriptions, etc; Manage and maintain product classifications, hierarchies, and taxonomies across all product lines utilizing internal processes and accepted industry practices Manage relationship with supplier to ensure content is relevant and up to date (introduction of new items, management of end of life items, etc); Provide input for technical performance reviews of catalogue hosting tools; Support the Catalogue Manager with periodical benchmarking efforts to ensure competitive prices; Support with client service desk queries (technical or content related); Recommend improvements of catalogue content management based on day to day activities; Develop and maintain appropriate documentation as required. Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensuring quality standards; Your profile: University graduate with minimum 2 year relevant professional expecience and minimum 1 years previous experience in a similar function; Good organizational skills with high attention to details; Ability to provide quality deliverables under the predefined deadlines; Ability to work under pressure and with high flexibility; Strong analytical and audit capabilities; Ability to drive performance and continuous improvement; Expertise in MS Office package; Familiar with most common e-commerce platforms and apps. Tradeshift platform experience is a plus Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
