Stellenbeschreibung Willing to collaborate within a team in order to achieve common goals Being a member of the respective transition team to relocate master data activities to Bucharest, if applicable Understands the connection between the systems and TMS’s and how they are triggered/interfaced, the workflow comes through different platforms (MDM CPI, e-Mail, SeMa, TMSs) Respond to queries when applicable Performing basic reports when required Documenting/performing internal controls in support of auditing team Respecting the DTP procedures Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals/other work documentation when required Ensure accuracy and timeliness of performed activities as per received instructions, also archiving of master data Compliance with internal and external company policies and regulation Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality Consider local and legal needs for master data Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers Respects SLA and deadlines Create and maintain master data (debtors / creditors) in the necessary systems Raise risks in process for any changes with impact in all connected systems Responsible for updating work instructions for the day2day processes and communicate them within the team on time so delays are avoided for the other businesses Responsible for following the right procedure ti lower the impact within all TMS’s that can lead to payment delays, wrong payments, missed deliveries, etc Responsible for connecting correctly the TMSs Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments for clarifications and accurate processing, from both local organization and SGBS side with focus on customer satisfaction Minimum 1-year previous experience in multinational organizations preferably Problem-solving oriented and mitigating risks skills are a plus University degree or ongoing studies preferable in the field of accounting, finance or economics Previous experience in working with ERP, SAP, MDM, other pre-systems would be a plus Nice to have knowledge of MS office (Excel, Adobe, Outlook, Word, Power Point) Very good English language skills, knowledge of another foreign language (in addition to Romanian/English) is a plus Attention to details is a must Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking Previous experience in one of the working systems: Tango, MDM CPI, SAP FI, Procars, MyMistral, Star – would be a plus DB Schenker GBS Bucharest is committed to create a dynamic work environment that values proactivity, customer focus, team spirit, open feedback and integrity.
