Job Description Key Responsibilities: Creating vendor in SAP/client portals based on the requests received via the agreed process from the client ︄︎︀︂︍︍︃︊​︂︆︄︄​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎ Master Data Materials - creation/modification of materials/articles in SAP Updating existing vendors in SAP based on the requests received via the agreed process from the client Collect and validate data identified on requests for creation and maintenance Seek a high degree of accuracy and efficiency with master data requests; process requests in accordance with standard operating precedure Track daily workload according to the working procedure Keep the Department procedures updated according to the changes on the process in case required Qualifications Procurement overview SAP Knowledge French & English Advanced Master Data Materials or controller planning knowledge Good all round Excel skills. Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
