Master Planner (Maternity Cover) in Bucuresti

RESPONSABILITIES:·Perform the Master Production planning schedule at monthly level for 12-24 months period on monthly buckets, taking into consideration the demand forecast, stock on hand, agreed SLA, available capacity etc;·Maintain the optimal stock level on each GMID by balancing the production between not having OOS, meet the demand while keeping the inventory in target level;·Create and replicate the reports used in Planning department, in order to have visibility over dates like stock cover, sales vs. forecast, production capacity etc.·Monitor planning department KPIs;·Maintain the SAP views (MRPs) on FG and SF level, taking decisions over the BOM/PV implementation dates according to artwork/technical changes;·Keep a close communication with the shop-floor planning team in order to send priorities in manufacturing/packaging, balance the capacity, establish a strong collaboration with other departments such as production, product technology, quality, customer service, operational procurement etc;·All launches and transfers to be managed on time from planning perspective;REQUIREMENTS:•University degree;•Previous experience in a similar role planning: production / supply; •Good knowledge in Microsoft Office - Excel, SAP ERP system;•Language knowledge: English upper medium / advanced verbal and writing;•Proactive attitude, flexibility and problem-solving ability;•Well organized and with a high sense of accuracy;•Customer oriented;
