Job Description: We are hiring a Managing Director for our Sales organization in Romania who will have end to end responsibility of the business operations and in driving the business transformation to ensure success of the business aligned to our overall strategy. Key Responsibilities: * Works towards building the best sales forces in terms of operational efficiency, capacity / skills, gross profit margin in dollars, high results and building customer relationships * Responsible for customer retention and high-level sales and Improves customer relations. * Leads the organization: with overall responsibility for developing and motivating a passionate and engaged team * Establishes and plans the country quotas and manages the country sales force. * Aligns with key stakeholders to define key measurement metrics and governance for growth and adoption with eco-system * Develops and drives customer success strategies, processes & best practices * Drives profitable growth, customer-centricity, performance and accountability * Provides input to the development of strategic sales plans that reflect the company’s business strategy to advance market share/penetration and achieve profitable growth * Internally, works along with upper management from departments such as marketing, services, sales and leads functions like Finance, Human Resources, Global Real Estate at country level. * Responsible for fulfilling P&L in accordance with the budget for the current year, for the future financial exercise and for the Development Plan/Strategy for the foreseeable future * Collaborates effectively with other Bus and leadership to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges, and alignment with business imperatives.
