For us, nobody isperfect, but a team can be. #TeamInnomotics.The team:Working together with a passionate and energetic team, and reporting tothe Engineering Manager, you will support the projects and processes transferfrom Germany to Romania.Your futurerole: Responsible for Projects Transfers from Germany to Sibiu, Romania within the following processes: punching, bending, and assembly Responsible for New Product Introduction Responsible for projects, process, and know-how transfer from Germany HQ to Sibiu plant Responsible for new projects offer calculation, process design and development, product and process validation, and SOP Solves day by day quality issues within production workshops Ensuring compliance with customer specifications and standard requirements Partner with Quality and Purchasing to qualify suppliers Analyzes the product manufacturing process steps, and implements measures to reduce costs, improve quality, reduce rework, and increase productivity Training regarding any new project changes within the production Travel expected %What you bring: Technical studies in the field of Industrial/Mechanical Engineering (TCM) +5 years’ experience, and deep knowledge within the following processes: punching, bending, and assembly +5 years experience with 2D and 3D mechanical design software +5 years experience in the new project implementation and transfer within the manufacturing Working knowledge of SAP Experience with low volume production Strong process mindset with Lean manufacturing experience, aiming to achieve excellence Result and solution-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fast and effective at dealing with difficult situations A flexible person with a can-do attitude who sees opportunities where others see risks Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization Align, and collaborate well with local key functions such as Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and functions from Germany HQ Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure Good command of the English language, German would be an advantage Competitive pay & bonuses Meal vouchers - RON/working day Employee referral bonus Additional days of holiday (up to days) +1 after the first anniversary within the company.
