We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer with a strong background in Facebook Ads to join our team of experts and contribute to the success of our clients' campaigns. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or relocate to our beautiful Lisbon, Portugal office with financial and administrative support for a smooth transition. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads. Proven track record of driving profitable campaigns, meeting or exceeding performance goals. Experience with TikTok, Youtube and other DSPs is a significant plus. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel. Intermediate to advanced English language skills, written. A profit-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to change and stay up-to-date with media buying trends. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies for Facebook Ads, focused on meeting and exceeding clients' goals and KPIs. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance analysis. Manage and optimize advertising budgets, bids, and targeting to ensure the most efficient use of resources. Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise in Facebook Ads and other relevant platforms, such as TikTok and DSPs. Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a team collaboration and growth culture.
