Make It Uniquely Yours.You will lead team of people, responsible for preparing ECO Fee declarations for countries across EU. The team consists of Declaration experts and Data analysts ensuring correctness of SAP master data maintenance such as packaging volumes, recycling partner pricelists and corresponding correctness of created individual country ECO Fee declarations. Your role will be to lead the team, making sure the declarations are delivered on time and on quality. You will be also supervising the organization and being main ECO Fee contact for countries, to react and support potential needed system/process changes and continues improvement activities.How you will contributeYou will:Be leading the team running Eco Fee (Recycling Administration) SAP Reports within the fixed deadlines for 28 countries in EU region.Ensure correctness of Eco Fee declarations and SAP attributes in line with countries legal requirements.Perform and support the team in various analysis (cost & volume), identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.Provide forecasts, support internal and external audits. Lead and Coordinate SAP configurations updates if needed. Close communication with Country contacts.Close communication with all parties, involved in Eco Fee process, such as R&D, Finance, Eco Fee Data analysts, Country contacts, Support Team, SAP, etc.Responsible for the continuous improvement of the existing process and control pointsWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Experience implementing CI processes (e.g. TPM for manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry)Strong facilitation and communication skillsExperience in change management processesLogical thinking and capacity to influenceResults oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguityExperience such as: continuous improvement manager, team leader roles, area managerMore about this roleEducation / Certifications:University degree Job specific requirements:Team lead experienceStrong communication skillsFluent EnglishAnalytical skills.
