Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant - UK based Are you an experienced Functional Consultant with a passion for Microsoft Dynamics CRM? I have an exciting opportunity to join my client as a remote Functional Consultant operating from within the UK! They are a renowned banking organisation with projects across the whole organisation. Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Conduct workshops and engage in discussions to analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet client requirements, including modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring effective user adoption and maximum utilization of the Dynamics platform.Key Technologies:Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) - Configuration, customisation, and module implementation experience.Understanding of key CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Knowledge of Power Platform components, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.The Contract Infomation:6-month contract Outside IR35 Fully Remote Paying up to £ per dayApply today with your most recent CV.
