Responsibilites As a Senior  M365 Cloud Consultant  you will be responsible for  delivering solution designs and architectures  for initiatives within the Azure Cloud.  Together with your team you are able to find the  best solution  for the  customer’s demands  and guide him into the right direction especially during the Change & Adoption-Phase within the organisation.  Support by  technical provisioning  of Office 365 as well as the administration and configuration of Microsoft services. Implementation and/or project management of migration and rollout for  M365 solutions . Your focus is to  consult the customer on Cloud transformations  and show up with your engineering skills.  You  provide guidance on engineering methodologies  and  best practices  to improve the customer’s environment.  You are responsible to  prepare and drive on customer workshops  on a  technical and organizational level .  You are willing to  continuously improve  your knowledge and skills.  Benefits Motivizer Benefits Platform to choose and manage all your benefits in one place. Qualification You have a successfully completed degree in IT-related fields. You have more than 4 years of experience in IT and projects, at least 2 of them with Cloud solutions and services.  Strong Interest in current cloud technological trends with the M365 environment or e.g. Exchange Online, MS Teams, Defender for M365. Excellent knowledge in the realization and leading of M365 projects and related Microsoft technologies (such as Office, Teams, Power Platform, Exchange Online) In-depth technical knowledge in the field (Azure) Active Directory und AD Connect  You know how to use Microsoft PowerShell   Certifications in the field of Office 365 is must., as well as ITIL and Cloud Security (Defenders, etc.)  Experiences with Managed Service processes and systems like Matrix42 or ServiceNow or equal. Modern management approaches is not a magic.
