Fully Remote or Hybrid Office in Warsaw & Krakow Contract Type: Zledzenia or B2B Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop infrastructure. Monitor and optimize Citrix and VMware environments for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Collaborate with the Windows, VMware, and Linux teams to ensure integration and compatibility. Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and patch management. Create and maintain documentation of Citrix configurations, policies, and procedures. Provide support for end-users, including resolving Citrix-related support tickets. Assist in capacity planning and recommend infrastructure improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies to enhance our Citrix environment. Job requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Citrix Administrator in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Windows Server administration. Experience with VMware vSphere and ESXi. Solid understanding of Linux, particularly RHEL and other distributions. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are a plus. VMware certifications (e.g., VCP) are a plus.
