As an early technical hire in this exciting venture, you'll help us build the team and define the culture while ideating and executing its architecture growing together with us while building an amazing product!Expect to work in a fast-paced environment, with amazing engineers who believe in our mission. We're looking for passionate engineers who love building and learning.We are looking for an exceptional individual that will:Evangelize our Engineering communities to start writing end-to-end tests when needed.Drive our testing infrastructure implementation and define our testing standards for web.Help us define a healthy QA as a culture organizationBecome the reference in the team when discussing system, unit, regression, integration, UAT testing.Finally, if you are up to the challenge, grow towards a Software Engineer in Tools & Infrastructure role starting by improving our CI/CD pipelines. The Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field involving software/systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Extensive Web working experience for automated testing.Extensive Cypress experience, with https://nx.dev/ is a plus.Experience with one of javascript, Elixir, Go, and/or python.Experience with system, unit, regression, integration, UAT testing.Some experience with manual testing and/or release engineer duties.Extra CreditExpertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks.Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive.Understanding of Kubernetes, GCP & terraform.Experience setting up Info Security policies & processesWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
