As part of the team you will build AI Solutions and support Hapag-Lloyd become an AI First company.This position will include a 1,5-month learning period where you will learn about Shipping, Hapag-Lloyd organization, data landscape and current AI Development Stack. After your learning period, you will continue with training on the job as part of your team.ResponsibilitiesBuild cloud-based Machine Learning Solutions end to end.Define and Implement appropriate Error and Performance metrics for our AI Solutions.Conduct Explorative Data Analysis and Feature Engineering.Develop advanced AI Models to achieve required industry level accuracy.Build AWS cloud based AI Modules as server less ML pipelines with python and terraform.Build Learning Loops, Monitoring Dashboards and Explainable AI components for the AI Modules.Support designing and building the AI PlatformRequirements:Education - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Economy, Physics or similar fields. A Master’s degree is welcomed+7 years as Full Stack Software Engineer in an enterprise level IT (Web + Cloud preferred).Preferred technologies: python, SQL, Git, terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka (AWS preferred)+3 years as Lead Machine Learning EngineerPreferred Specialization: NLP or Predictive AnalyticsAbility to communicate effectively with the diverse stakeholders at corporate level.High proficiency in spoken and written EnglishExcellent analytical skills and eagerness to learn.You enjoy sharing your expert knowledge with others and thus generate new knowledgeWe offer:Private medical care (Luxmed)Gym card (Multisport)Attractive annual bonus up to 22,5%!
