Job TitleModality Sales Specialist UltrasoundJob DescriptionYou will be responsible for improving market visibility of Ultrasound equipment, with a primary focus on Premium solutions.Your role:Identifying and generating new business areas/opportunities through acting as catalyst and initiator of new business development, which actually contributes to the growth of the business.Generating new business ideas through independent scouting of internal and external sources within CEE region with primary focus on Romania with customers (end-users) in close collaboration with KAMs to grow their preference towards Philips solutions and improve satisfactionProviding structural support to KAMs, distributors and consultative support (incl. product specifications, demo trials) regarding technical / functional advantage of Philips US solutionsEducating sales force of indirect channel partners to upgrade their competitive knowledge / skills related to Philips productsRealizing marketing activities on the territory, focused on increasing KOLs preference towards Philips productsPlanning sales-related activities and manages sales forecast on the territoryCollecting information about market dynamics, competitive activities/products and prices, providing input for regular reviews of Philips market tactics.Providing information on product updates to District Managers and their teamsBuilding and maintaining proper relations with respective KOLsManagement of Reference sites and KOL​Management of framework agreements​Leading large tenders (go/ no-go, documentation review, preparation of response, tactics, pricing)​Product expertise & training (for AM, CAS, etc.)​Point of contact for all questions related to modality, and communication point from zone to BG (product management, R&D, marketing, factory)​Input on roadmap discussionsModality Sales Specialist is the knowledge expert on product, who supports Direct Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.First contact point and presentations with our advanced solutions to selected important customers and KOL (CV, GI and AOB)Support the KAM in front of customers -pitch presentations on our products with our solutions and advantages, presenting our portfolio on advanced options and keeping in mind value propositions.Training delivery to the team on new features presented or developed by Philips.Competitor analysis vs Philips portfolioPrepare a marketing plan together with the relevant stakeholdersYou're the right fit if:Ability to drive results in the matrix structuresClinical knowledge and experience of modality / products in medical imaging is an advantageSales experience with a proven track recordCustomer focused mindsetExperience in Modality Management and tactical sales planGood command of written and spoken English (not lower than Upper-Intermediate level).Readiness for intensive travelingAdvanced communication skillsStrong business acumen and orientation on target achievementAbout PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
