For anyone who needs to vibe in their professional life, we are the best place for you to work and grow.The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic Tech projects.POSITION SCOPE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to Global Workplace Manager and Workplace Global Technical Leader. The Modern Workplace Specialist will: ·Create of Design and execution of build, test and transition to operations of integrated digital workplace solutions to support a global population of 14k laptops & desktops across 40+ countries , 5k+ mobile devices and 100+ meeting rooms ·Collaborate with product managers / local Business Unit Director to implement their vision, aligned with product roadmaps and strategic goals.·Interact with vendors to present our needs and expectations, secure relevant solutions to be tested and deployed and integrate our needs regarding security scopes.· Solve of digital workplace related incidents and service outages/degradations not resolved by L1 and L2.·Act as the tier 3 technical contact, deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for corporate customers and update knowledge database·Create and maintain procedures and technical documentation (designs, security and compliance assessments, proof-of-concept studies, deployment guides, training materials & operational guides and procedures).·Engineer and develop custom solutions with various tooling such as PowerShell and scripting.·Work with the Global team to execute small, medium, and large-scale global implementations.·Operate Operating System deployment strategy using SCCM and Intune AutoPilot to implement both Imageless solution as well as hardware independent custom images to support multiple hardware types and OS architectures, perform Windows upgrades, driver management, and the certification of new hardware devices.·Work with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot environment including device enrolment, implementing, and configuring auto provisioning scenarios, configuring profiles, managing device access and compliance, application management, managing security etc·Manage endpoint profiles throughout the enterprise from design to deployment and steady state.·Enhance forward-looking standards and solutions using MECM and Intune to simplify deployment of windows, security, and third-party updates in timely manner to all devices globally including on-prem, cloud-based as well as remote internet-basedREQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILEExperience·4 or more years’ experience of working with Intune·Handled enterprise mobile device management platforms (Intune)·Application lifecycle management using Intune ·Expert-level automation experience using PowerShell.·Intune MDM- All scenarios of Android management·iOS and Mac management- Zero touch deployment ·Design and deployment of solutions with Microsoft SCCM and Intune.·Fluent spoken and written EnglishTechnical Knowledge / Certifications: Mandatory :1.Microsoft Intune2.MDM – Android and iPhone 3.Mac Management with IntuneOptional :1.Intune Reporting GPO Migration to Intune
