MRP Sourcing SpecialistClient Description:Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a MRP Sourcing Specialist for one of its clients, one of the most important companies on the conectivity industry.Responsibilities:Manage Production Order Planning and Raw Material / Component Sourcing1. Responsible for the MRP performance to meet the customer order requirement for the assigned product portfolio / work places in the plant. 2. Regularly interface internally with the supply planning, upstream plants and external suppliers to forecast, schedule and replenish the stock to support the factory loading with high service rate.3. Be responsible for the improvement of PO on time delivery rate; maintain the whole pipeline of supply chain of material, decrease the times of shortage, especially to customer orders.4. Take charge of the inventory control, especially for long lead time items and materials with short supply in the market.5. Maintain and control the inventory of products to reach the main target of DIO.6. Manage Priorities in Production, execute on flexibility requirements in case of customer escalations or component shortages.7. Be responsible for SAP system maintenance, maintain proper stock levels in the system, book the required transactions live in the system.8. Maintain a regular reporting routine to represent the status of open orders, overdue backlog.Candidate Profile:1. Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related would be desired but not mandatory. 2. 5 years experience of material planning in a production environment, ideally in an international company. 3. Strong ability of logic thinking and analysis 4. Good personality, extrovert with good communication skills5. Can work under high pressure6. Good communication both in Romanian and English ( spoken and written ) German skills would be a plus, but not mandatory7. Has rich experience in practice of ERP system, SAP is mandatory. 8. Skill of office software (E.g. Excel Word, PowerPoint, etc.), especially for Excel.
