MS Dynamics 365 Functional Support in Constanţa

MS Dynamics 365 (regular) You will be working closely together with all the departments in Fleet Management and primarily our Planned maintenance leads and the purchasing departments and will be mainly responsible for: User Support: Provide the users support by solving issues and requests, provide trainings and inform users of the latest system improvements and new functionalities. Content development: Support the development of BI dashboards and reports based on standardizes data Functional Management: Perform functional management tasks on the systems to enable the best user experience and secure & fast processing by optimizing workflows and dimensions. Safeguard integrations in data quality (in/output controls) and performance. Documentation & Process mapping: Document system and process descriptions (in Mavim) Master data Management: Be point of contact /support for day-to-day management of product, vendor, planned maintenance and other data supporting the different processed performed in the systems of Fleet Management. Be responsible for data quality and the promotion of data accuracy and adherence in Fleet Management Quality assurance of data integration before go-live Provide recommendations and supporting documentation for new or proposed data policies Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to convert large volumes of data into actionable information Requirements:Experience as a support in ERP systems Good knowledge of English language.
